excellent location friendly staff spacious room
The location was excellent! It's just a short walk to Grand Place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room I had was spacious, super clean, and well-equipped with the essentials, I found it perfect for a short stay.
The stairs were very narrow. Carrying big luggage up was difficult.

The location was central, providing easy access to many attractions.
Check-in was disorganized. I was given a key to an occupied room by mistake. The carpet on the stairs was visibly dirty (a detail that I found unsettling).

The hotel is very close to the city center. The staff was helpful and cute. I arrived late and could still get food and drinks at the bar downstairs. My room was spacious (I appreciate a big room).
I found the staircase narrow.

perfect location friendly staff daily breakfast
The location is perfect for shopping. The reception staff were friendly. I also enjoyed the breakfast offered daily.
There was no elevator. The staircase was very narrow. I found people sleeping on the street nearby.

The staff was friendly. My room included a massive comfortable bed. I found an amazing rainfall shower, though the water pressure could have been better.
I stayed on a floor without an elevator. This was not ideal. The staircase was very narrow, so carrying my luggage was difficult. There was no air conditioning. The lack of AC made my room hot.
